Most often, this is due to the annual Willow password change

  • step 1: go to "Google Password Manager"
    • find where the "Hive Password" is stored and delete after writing down what was stored just in case
  • step 2: go to "Hive.com"
    • do not type in the user name and password - ever!
    • select "Log In with Google" and log in with your willow google account

Password change not the issue:

    • Open Developer Tools (right-click anywhere and select "Inspect")
    • Click on the "Application" tab
    • Select "Storage" on the left
    • Click "Clear site data"
    • Refresh the page
    • Sign in again

If you still cannot fix it, a temporary solution is to open a tab "incognito" and go to "Hive.com"; this often works as a temporary fix until Hive support can help
