Most often, this is due to the annual Willow password change
- step 1: go to "Google Password Manager"
- find where the "Hive Password" is stored and delete after writing down what was stored just in case
- step 2: go to "Hive.com"
- do not type in the user name and password - ever!
- select "Log In with Google" and log in with your willow google account
Password change not the issue:

- Log out of Hive
- Open Developer Tools (right-click anywhere and select "Inspect")
- Click on the "Application" tab
- Select "Storage" on the left
- Click "Clear site data"
- Refresh the page
- Sign in again

If you still cannot fix it, a temporary solution is to open a tab "incognito" and go to "Hive.com"; this often works as a temporary fix until Hive support can help
