1. Open a web browser, e.g. Chrome

  2. Go to reset.willowcreek.org/forgot

  3. Enter your Willow Creek network username, e.g jsmith

  4. Click ‘Next’

  5. A code should have been sent to your mobile device. Enter that code and then click ‘Next’

  6. Enter a new password following the password requirements which will be listed. 

  7. Click ‘Reset Password’

  8. Once you change your password, then you can log into your email at mail.willowcreek.org

If you are a Mac user follow the steps below after you change your password

Once you change your password using reset.willowcreek.org/forgot

You will need to update your password on your computer.

  1. Launch the program NoMAD

  2. Enter your user name: jsmith

  3. Enter your new password.

  4. A pop up box will come up saying "Your network and local passwords are not the same. Please enter the password for your Mac"

  5. Enter your old password you used to sign into the mac with (should be your old network password). 

  6. Now your computer login will sync with your Gmail (network) password.
