Open a web browser, e.g. Chrome
Enter your Willow Creek network username, e.g jsmith
Click ‘Next’
A code should have been sent to your mobile device. Enter that code and then click ‘Next’
Enter a new password following the password requirements which will be listed.
Click ‘Reset Password’
Once you change your password, then you can log into your email at mail.willowcreek.org
