Here are a couple ways to handle this:
Email service@impactnetworking.com. In the email include the ID# of the printer 078156. The problem. The contact Person. The contact person phone number. The contact person email address. The location the printer is located. You will receive and email from Impact.
On the printer you should find a QR code. Scan the QR code on your phone and fill out the form. This form asks very similar questions you will include in the email. Impact will then contact you.
Call 888-752-0052. Tell them the ID# 078156 and let them know the issue. They will ask for your name, number and email.
