SMS has been added to your 3CX extension.
Incoming messages will show up in 3CX chat.
To send a message you must use +1 in front of the number.
The cost to the church for this service is $1 per month per line. There are some limitations enforced by the telephone company since this is not a "real" cell phone.
You can only message individuals (no group texting). Do not use 2 factor authentication as you can not send/receive to/from short code #s.
