Adding the OWL HQ to a meeting in Google Meet:

For any meeting that you want to appear on the schedule display of the OWL HQ, you MUST do the following: 

You will need to invite/add this ROOM resource to every meeting

(SBR OWL Boardroom Meeting HQ)

ZOOM Meeting Requirements (located in Zoom Settings)

  1. Allow participants to join before host (ON)

  2. Waiting room (OFF)

  3. Meeting passcode (ON)

  4. Embed passcode in invite link (ON)

  5. Only have Cloud Recording Enabled and turn on Automatic Recording




Once you have a Zoom link created, you will need to copy/paste the link into the location field on the calendar appointment.


**Occasionally the account that is logged into the OWL, may need to be authenticated. If you get a prompt asking for the owlmeetinghq@willowcreek.org google account to sign in on the OWL device, the password = Willow67!
